By using panda95, you represent that you are not doing so in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or government order.

2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles panda95 to suspend or terminate your account and void any pending or settled bets and winnings.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one panda95 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, using different contact details or devices — is strictly prohibited. panda95 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity verification procedures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any winnings or bonuses accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. panda95 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

3.1 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in missed communications, inability to process withdrawals, or account suspension.

3.2 KYC Verification. panda95 may at any time request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — as part of its compliance obligations. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account shall be deemed inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. panda95 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable policy, or to close such accounts after providing notice to the registered email address on file.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. panda95 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and major Malaysian internet banking channels including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank Online. The list of accepted methods is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits. A minimum deposit of RM30 applies per transaction. panda95 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though additional verification may be required for large transactions as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your verified name. A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. Withdrawal requests are processed by the panda95 finance team on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. panda95 reserves the right to impose a waiting period on withdrawal requests from newly registered accounts or accounts that have not completed KYC verification.

4.4 Bonus Funds. Bonus balances credited to your account are not directly withdrawable and must be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to a third party will be refunded and the transaction reversed. panda95 does not accept third-party funding. Accounts found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by panda95 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the panda95 Promo Bonus page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. panda95 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; wagering patterns designed solely to complete wagering requirements rather than for genuine gaming purposes; and sharing or transferring bonus codes. Where bonus abuse is detected, panda95 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the offending account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. panda95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited and are subject to ongoing wagering requirements will not be retroactively removed without reasonable cause.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on panda95 is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface. In the event of any dispute regarding gameplay outcomes, the game provider's server logs and records shall be the authoritative source of truth.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game or table interface. panda95 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.3 Voided Bets. panda95 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical fault materially affected the outcome; (b) the bet was placed after an event's result was known; (c) the bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the bet.

6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a system malfunction or disconnection during a game session, panda95's server records will determine the state of play at the time of disconnection. Payouts will be based on the recorded game state. panda95 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a game malfunction where the fault is attributable to the player's device or internet connection.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on panda95 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

(a) Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or documentation.
(b) Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
(c) Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with panda95 Services.
(d) Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain; any winnings obtained through exploitation of known or suspected errors must be reported to support immediately.
(e) Engaging in any form of money laundering or using panda95 Services for any illegal financial purpose.
(f) Abusing the panda95 support team or engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward panda95 staff or other users.
(g) Attempting to circumvent panda95's security, access control, or AML/KYC procedures by any means.

All content on the panda95 platform — including but not limited to the panda95 name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of panda95 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the panda95 platform may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of panda95. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to panda95 for use on the platform.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, panda95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 panda95's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 panda95 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to panda95 Services.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by panda95 is governed by the panda95 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. panda95 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or to facilitate the provision of Services.

12.2 You may close your panda95 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Following account closure, your personal data will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law and panda95's regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to panda95's operating jurisdiction.
